After upgrading to SDK revision 12, the old devices can't be used. My experience is that I have to recreate the devices. Is this a bug? Also, somehow the platform-tools was not correctly installed, re- install didn't work. My experience is to download revision 12 zip file and unzip to another directory, then install the platform-tools and copy it to old sdk directory, then it works. Is this also a bug?
