Just make sure you don't use any 3rd party logos and graphics (in some cases also audio) and also trademark names which may belong to 3rd parties in your app and send a letter to Google that you comply. Your point about the rank of the app is not relevant at all and the link about the european court is also irrelevant since DMCA is a United States copyright law.
