But they are also obligated to put it back up within 10 days if a counter claim is filed right? The DMCA that was filed against us was a fake one, the company listed as the one who filed it never has filed such a DMCA. So this is most likely the work of one of our competitors. That a competing developer can take out any app for at least 10 days by filling a form at a website is pretty scaring. I would at least have thought that they would need a basic verification of the claim. We have contacted Google, the company allegedly behind the DMCA has contacted Google but still no response after 6 days.
