Hi, Over the last year or so I've read a lot of comments on this forum from the regulars about the many woes of the Android market/Developer console. So I was a little nervous about putting my first app out a couple of days ago. Had a few problems but got there in the end. I can't really make much sense of the install stats though, they don't seem to add up...
Couple of queries I hope some of you could help me with: Most orders are charged and shipped automatically, but some orders don't appear to progress past the Shipping status. Is this just a glitch in the market? Should I just push the "Ship" button or will the system eventually resolve the situation automatically? Finally, I noticed that according my checkout account profile, our address is visible to buyers. I've bought a number of apps from the market but never noticed a developers address listed in any email etc. Does this only apply to physical shipments? The app has had a good response so far, better than expected for our first app. I saw it in the trending apps this morning which I'm very happy about...
