More like Checkout, but it's irrelevant - "Ship" has no meaning with
selling Android apps. Checkout was just hacked on and this is a holdover
from a product that was designed for selling physical goods and not at all
for digital products.

It should make no difference. You only care about whether the order is
charged or not.

I see a name, address, and email for every app I've purchased. It may not
be in the email, but go to your purchase history in Checkout and see.
