Just installed the app and it does wireless toggling, it does not toggle usb tethering. I can only go from comments as it does not work on ICS which is what I have on my Nexus S.
To me USB Tethering is something that should be part of the options available when prompted to enable usb storage as this is a specific feature that is only used when a usb cable is attached. Unless an app can add an extra option to the USB prompt screen I don't think an application is a suitable way to provide this service. Just my thoughts.
