Umm...no. That's a stretch of a strawman argument. What POSSIBLE motivation would Rovio have in splitting their game up like that? None at all! Their game is MORE sticky by having more content, not less, so your example makes no sense.

People often search for their favorite thing, whatever that thing might be, on the market. Maybe they like hamsters. Maybe they like poodles. Whatever.

So they do a search, and up pops a wallpaper with poodles. Bingo! This is something they didn't know they wanted (maybe they didn't know they could put wallpaper on their phone?), but that they would love to have!

It's *wallpaper* we're talking about here. The content IS the image. The fact the code is similar or identical is irrelevant.
