It's even worse than that. It looks like Google Play is 2.2+ only, so you 
first have to ask the user whether they are running 2.2+/Froyo (you'll need 
separate instructions telling them how to find out even that - the details 
of which depend on, er, what Android version they are running - chickens, 
eggs etc). If it's less than 2.2 then ask them for Android Market but then 
you need to figure out which Market app version they are using so you can 
tell them how to navigate, etc etc  Same again for Play Store :(
