I've never paid attention to my app's downloads by carrier since my app is not phone-related, but I was very surprised when I looked recently and saw that Verizon has about a 5-to-1 ratio over AT&T. In fact, AT&T has less than Sprint!

Is this primarily because Verizon got a big jump in the Android business while AT&T had their exclusive iPhone arrangement? I've been using AT&T since I got my first Android phone a couple years ago and have no complaints, but have noticed that Verizon does seem to still get and promote the more advanced phones like the Droid Razr and Galaxy Nexus.

Anyone else have any observations about this different in downloads?
