Nathan's point is that Lodsys' claims go far beyond IAP or ads. They're happy to make threats simply on the basis of one app linking to another, or any link to an app from any website anywhere, or any link to any website from within an app (as Nathan said). Don't think you're safe just because you don't use ads.
So his point stands: *you're probably already a target*. And if not for them, for some other troll. Make your business decisions accordingly.
