Should have been that way from the beginning though many of us live in
states that do not charge sales tax on software. According to Digital
River it only required a small office staff to keep up on it for them to
take care of it for shareware developers.
Anyway they just announced that it will start the 21st and called "Tax
Inclusive Pricing". It's always been a big question for small developers.
