When you say you you updated your app, you're talking about the binary,
right? Have you ever just edited the textual description of a live app
without updating the binary? If so, how long did that take to go into
effect?

In the approval email for my recently submitted app, it said that they
"might" review the app separately for the Kindle Fire. But when I checked,
I could already see the app in the store on the Kindle Fire. I have no
idea how they decide which apps are reviewed separately and which are not
though.
