Download the factory image and install it. Or... try doing a hard reset.....here's the process - 1. Shutdown the phone 2. Press and hold "Vol_Up + Vol_Dn + Power" buttons. You will get a vibration...release the buttons on vibration. It will load into boot loader mode. 3. use Vol_Dn button and bring up <RECOVERY>. Press power button to select.... It will go into recovery mode and see a android image lying down with exclamation on its heart...! 4. Wait for about 10 seconds 5. Then Press and hold the Power button. And also press the Vol-Up button (Note : press the vol button after pressing the power button). Release the Vol-Up button after 2 sec while still holding the power button. A list of Blue text will show up. Now..Release the power button. 6. use the volume buttons to select "Factory Reset"....
