I didn't say "The Best". I go through a lot of extra trouble to get the, harder to find, local Hazard Warnings, which gives better data than NOAA's regular Warning, it's from NOAA though.
Google Play filters visible apps by settings in AndroidManifest.xml I needed to make some changes to make it "more visible", and easier to search for.
