The whole checkout site is wonky, and Developer console is wonky too. Think about this: The developer console barely works, ON A MOBILE DEVICE. What. The. Hell. I'm developing on a mobile device, I want to be able to maintain my apps from a mobile device when I'm out on the road, but yet the dev console (especially the new one that they rolled out a few months ago), just sucks ass on a phone or tablet. Text that doesn't show, buttons that don't respond, you name it.
