A friend from Iceland told me one of my apps was showing up not
available there. I checked and noticed where I had checked in the old
console all locations where paid apps are available that a bunch of
locations including Iceland were unchecked. I rechecked the all
locations box and now my friend sees the app there. Apparently that
setting didn't stick between the old and new console.

Think about this: The developer console barely works, ON A MOBILE DEVICE.
What. The. Hell. I'm developing on a mobile device, I want to be able to
maintain my apps from a mobile device when I'm out on the road, but yet the
dev console (especially the new one that they rolled out a few months ago),
just sucks ass on a phone or tablet. Text that doesn't show, buttons that
don't respond, you name it.
