Ø As a Support owner, be responsible for Incident, Problem, change, knowledge, Event, risk , communication management processes for the application by working with appropriate stakeholders. Ø Ability to understand and be responsible for the contractual SLAs(Service level agreements ) and KPIs(key potential indicators) Ø Ability to drive and resolve technical issues from start to closure by working with appropriate stakeholders. Ø Attitude to Front face with client and strive for Client excellence. Ø Work with offshore for tasks management, assignment, and tracking. Ø Good communication and escalation management skills. Ø Open to work off hours based on need (incidents, planned changes/releases etc) Ø Understand client’s Transformational DNA and help lead the initiatives in the respective area of support.
