*Job Description:*

●        1. EMPI Support
Objective: To be able to provide 24 X 7 support to critical EMPI application

*Description:*    EMPI (Enterprise Master person index) is an IBM MDM based 
application. It is considered as one of the critical applications at UCSF. 
It receives live feeds from external source via MQ messages. And hence we 
need to monitor and keep the application alive 24 X 7 except for scheduled 
maintenance during 3rd / 4th Saturday of each month. We have DEV, UAT and 
PROD environments.

*Skills needed:*  The candidate should have good knowledge and possess 
following skills
- Windows 2012 & Windows 2016 R2 datacenter OS
- Windows services
- PowerShell commands
- MQ (basic knowledge)
- MS SQL (basic knowledge)
- WIKI documentation


*Main duties to perform:*- Support monthly application maintenance
- Monitor for performance
- Monitor for resource consumption
- Services stop and restart
                The candidate will be trained, once on board. However, the 
candidate should preserve the knowledge within the team.
