Must to have Database Migration Project experience. • Creating detailed project plans, estimate efforts and define the required project team for large programs. • Understanding and mitigating risks faced by technical, operational and Apps and Database migration stakeholders (including understanding how to minimize disruptions to business functions including Customer Support and Operations). • Leading and working with cross-functional teams to evaluate, provide insight and drive strategic outcomes. • Providing Migration support for Compute, Storage, Cloud – Web and Database services. • Manage risks, actions, issues (along with mitigation and resolution) and dependencies. • Ensuring all documentation and asset record information is appropriately recorded in the Customer toolsets. 2 Technical Project Manager DC's & Colos • Work with Customer Infrastructure manaCustomerrs to develop and refine an Agile-based project management framework. • Establish and Customer communication channels with stakeholders Customer Leadership regarding project delivery direction and channels. • Bring in experience with data center migrations to ensure a sustainable environment, including review of available relocation options and recommendations that are aligned with business goals. • Manage Customer’s overall data center migration plan and risk register. Must to have Migration Project Management experience • Manage Customer’s Transition support of on-prem locations. • Coordination of the end-to-end movement of assets from the current DC to the new DC.
