Onsite Resource Requirement JD:



·         Managing and resolving Service Requests and Incidents for
Salesforce CRM within service levels and other operational SLA's



·         Good understanding / exposure of Apex and integrations for
Salesforce CRM



·         Work closely with Application owner and TCS team.



·         Should participate in business / vendor meetings during onsite
hours.



·         Providing guidance and training to internal team as required



·         Creating/Maintaining Knowledge Articles for Operations team



·         Creating reports and dashboards for internal customers



·         Collaboration with Application Owner and identifying
opportunities for platform improvements.



·         Formal and informal meetings with business stakeholders at all
levels



·         Good understanding of ITIL methodology, particularly Incident,
Service Request, Change
