Hi,

There are two questions in the thread:

(i) RTSP streaming on the emulator isn't working as expected.
This is a definite issue. Please see

(ii) The buffering percentage being shown is incorrect.
For this, the following change should work.
>>oscl_memcpy(&bufPercent, localBuf, sizeof(uint32));
to
>>oscl_memcpy(&bufPercent, &localBuf[4], sizeof(uint32));
