I've pulled the Android Google git repository for v1.0 to search for the error message, but could not find anything similar. This makes me believe it is part of the Koolu code.

I had this problem too, but unfortunately I forget how I fixed it.
It has to do with the proper files placed into right places.
I use the card that came with my FR (512MB).
The card is partitioned like this:
