Only one I've used so far is AndNav2
It's not too bad, but it needs a data connection so that it can download map tiles and route updates. This is less than ideal on the Freerunner (even when GPRS is working) as the bandwidth and processing power can make it feel sluggish and sometimes even take a minute or so to update the route.
