Hello, I have an Android dev phone 2, and want to add a new driver to it, then load the image on the phone, to test the driver and the device (component) it'll drive, which will hang off an i2c bus on the phone.
Is there any recommended/standard procedure to add the driver, so it will be cross-compiled, and added to the system image, to where it can be loaded and opened by either the sensor interface, or via a test C program (built using the NDK)?
