Nimit, I think you haven't gone through my and Jeff's mail thoroughly, we had already given path to toolchain which is used to compile Android RFS. <PATH_ANDROID_BUILD>/prebuilt/linux-x86/toolchain/arm-eabi-4.2.1/
It generates code for armv5 architecture.
