I have been looking into this as well and have read reviews on apps
and tons of articles that seem to be re-writes of earlier articles.
There are quite a few that list features of the apps and some that
have side by side comparisons of multiple apps, but what I cannot find
is a good comparison of the top 5/10 where they are tested to actually
validate the claims. I did find an April 2010 Blackberry article that
compared 2 apps that are both available for Android:

Has anyone found anything better?
