No such app is possible. Consider it is possible to write such an app: then some other app comes along posing as a game, disables access to your SMS messages to all apps, and poof, your phone is crippled to the ground...
So if you want this kind of functionality, you'll have to look into installing a third party ROM (probably not a bad idea...)
