Android V6 will host a substantially revised cryptographic platform that
enables any organization to securely issue (and use) keys to a built-in SE
using an enhanced version of Chrome, making the following a reality

rather than a marketing ploy.

The new cryptographic platform will also power an extended version of W3C's Web
Crypto scheme

facilitating the creation of (for example) HTML5/JS-based payment systems that
are comparable security and convenience-wise with EMV in physical shops. No
more typing in all the credit-card details and finishing with the "password"
(CCV) printed in clear on the back of the card.
