On my galaxy S4 it starts in lock screen which i like and allows you to launch your favorite app or camera. the only thing is that if you have a pin or password in place you can't launch them. So I propose sense I don't have the skills to write code, to modify Lock Screen so that it is possible to access the camera, video, voice recorder, and so on, without being able to access the content created unless the pin or password are entered to unlock it. So if anyone would like to run with this idea please do and if you are able send me the patch or app for my own use, I'd be thankful, and put it on the market for you to profit from.
