Hi all this is a request for you to create a new version of this OS, I
apologise now if this is posted within the wrong area however I thought
being based around security this would be the best place to begin the
conversation.

A big issue for many parents with teenage kids is getting them to not use
their phones past 9pm. There are now many apps that attempt to curb this
usage however, these can always be uninstalled or the device simple reset
to factory standards by the kids. What is required is the ability for a
parent to, on setting up the phone, be able to save to the cloud the OS
preferences for their kids phone. These need to include the ability to shut
the phone down at particular times e.g between 9pm - 6am Sun - Thurs. It
should have the capability during this time to be able to call certain
numbers, such as 911 and the parents numbers in case of emergency. If this
info is saved to the cloud then any factory reset won't wipe these
controls. I've not been able to find an app that can do this, Device
Manager has much of the functionality required, however again is an app
that can be bypassed. Apple OS seems to suffer the same issue. If this
capability was built into the OS and advertised it would be a massive
incentive for parents to purchase Android phones.

Is this functionality already being discussed or available ?

Thanks
