I am running 4.4 kit kat.

All browsers are infected. It doesn't matter. I recently installed Firefox 
and even that is infected. Also it happened on WiFi and mobile network both 
so ISP is not an issue.

I took my SD card out before factory reset. So it's contents are intact. I 
reset it again took my SD card and did not put it back in phone. Still same 
issue so SD card infection is ruled out. I think this is in ROM some how. I 
really need to fix it or take it SAMSUNG store now as Google is not helping 
at all.
