Model refactoring in AndroMDA context means the transformation of
previously generated source code to be in sync with the refactored
model.  AndroMDA does not generate a complete application, so
there is more or less need to write some code manually, and if you
regenerate the code after a change of the model, the hand-written
parts will disappear (or the generated parts won't appear).  This
is why the source needs to be transformed, instead of being
regenerated, so that the manual changes are kept.
