Change applicationContext-client so that server properties can be loaded form a
.properties file

         Key: SPRING-167
         URL: http://jira.andromda.org/browse/SPRING-167
     Project: Spring Cartridge
        Type: Improvement

    Versions: 3.2-RC1
    Reporter: Peter Friese
 Assigned to: Chad Brandon
    Priority: Minor
     Fix For: 3.2-RC1

I feel it might be more convenient to be able to configure the remote server
properties using a .properties file instead of system properties. Additional to
what Joel has done in the richClient subdir, I want to check out whether it is
possible to use both approaches in one file (i.e. load a properties file, but
override these settings with system properties if present).
