Jens Vagts commented on SPRING-167: ----------------------------------- Should work the same way the rich client does it: we only have to add a property definition for "location" with the file name?! I just refactored the remoteEjb.xml: added a ProperyPlaceholderConfigurer and removed the jndiEnvironment helper. After some further testing I could also change the applicationContext-client.xml, if you want? (but only in 2 weeks, after vacation) > Change applicationContext-client.xml.vsl so that server properties can be > loaded form a .properties file > -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: SPRING-167 > URL: http://jira.andromda.org/browse/SPRING-167 > Project: Spring Cartridge > Type: Improvement > Versions: 3.2-RC1 > Reporter: Peter Friese > Assignee: Peter Friese > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 3.2-RC1 > > I feel it might be more convenient to be able to configure the remote server > properties using a .properties file instead of system properties. Additional > to what Joel has done in the richClient subdir, I want to check out whether > it is possible to use both approaches in one file (i.e. load a properties > file, but override these settings with system properties if present). -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.andromda.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by xPML, a groundbreaking scripting language that extends applications into web and mobile media.
