The generated includes.jspf file imports taglib <%@ taglib
uri="http://myfaces.apache.org/extensions"; prefix="t"%> instead of <%@ taglib
uri="http://myfaces.apache.org/tomahawk"; prefix="t"%>.
MyFaces changed the name of their taglib at the end of last year. The version
of tomahawk shipped with AndroMDA includes the version that imports <%@ taglib
uri="http://myfaces.apache.org/tomahawk"; prefix="t"%>
