did you already try the andromdapp:generate AndroMDA Maven plugin ? it sets up 
an entire J2EE project for you, so that the ear eventually rolls out; I 
understand your reluctance to use Maven but it's actually quite easy when you 
use this plugin since you don't need to touch anything, you just need to know 
the goals to call (listed in a readme.txt) but you would to need learn Ant 
targets too if you go for that solution



I recommend the Maven plugin it simply because it's more actively maintained, I 
abandoned the Ant project generator because I wasn't using it myself anymore 
(Martin West took the lead)



I'm interested to know why exactly you dislike Maven, can you very briefly list 
a few arguments (a few words are enough, example: steep learning curve, bugs, 
bad support, jelly, ...); I want to make sure our plugin is as user-friendly as 
possible for those using it
