There is the same kind of problem with PostgreSQL. The "DROP SEQUENCE ..." isnt commented out, which means I have to create a sequence named "hibernate_sequence" before the first time I run "create-schema". The main problem is that all the script is run in one transaction, so if the first "DROP SEQUENCE" fails, all the script will fail and no table will be created ...
