First, I want to be very clear that I am NOT COMPLAINING :D. Its one of MY pet
peeves when people complain about "quality" of open source - when something
doesn't work, and they get angry. Hey, you get what you pay for! You guys are
doing a great job and should be commended for what the project is trying to do
(and, what, for the most part, it CAN do already).

That being said, I was just a little "concerned" (for lack of a better term)
when Chad responded that "its OK to get the error messages." I was simply
trying to point out that with all the OTHER things going on in one's job, you
only have so much time to try to make something work. I've been at the point
of "giving up" numerous times, but I continue on as I recognize the huge time
savings AndroMDA offers once I get over this fairly steep learning curve. If
there is a known bug with a simple fix, I vote for fixing it so that learning
curve gets a little shallower.

I suppose I can try to create a patch and submit it (and I may very well do
that), but then I've got add "learn how to submit a patch" to my todo list. At
the moment, my time is limited, and I've got to continue slugging away at
getting this stuff to work. Once I deal with my own problems, I can start
helping out others. My starting this thread was my attempt at "lending a hand"
with my limited time using what I've learned as a newbie. I know I'm not the
only person trying to get mySQL working with AndroMDA.
