You must have missed step 4 and 5 of the Maven section on that page:



Quote:
4.  Go to your  home  directory. (If your login is  foo  this means here:  
C:Documents and Settingsfoo  )

5.  Create a file there, called build.properties and add the following line in 
there: 
maven.repo.remote=http://www.ibiblio.org/maven,http://team.andromda.org/maven
(end of quote)




You need tell Maven where the AndroMDA repository is by pointing to 
http://team.andromda.org/maven repository because the andromda libraries are 
not on ibiblio.
