Don't use Xerces 1.x (that parser doesn't support it), you'll need these 2 libraries most likely:
xerces-2.4.0.jar and xml-apis-1.0.b2.jar About having the xmlValidation property for the ant task (it used to be there before we moved everything to the single configuration file), I removed it, not thinking about that fact that the configuration file would need to be validated as well.
