There are a number of situations when you are on a page that has hyperlink 
transitions and all you want to do is add a request parameter with a given 
value. The value is not in any context.



I have a front-end view with two hyperlinks, one to transition to a front-end 
view but has an intermediate action state that populates page variables. The 
second transition out of the front-end view will go through this same 
intermediate action state and transition to different front-end view. The 
transition leaving the intermediate action state needs to enter a decision 
point to determine the front-end view to ultimately forward to.



I was attempting to add a action=x to one hyperlink and action=y to the other 
to discriminate the requests.
