I tried few more things without success:

- JDK1.4 doesnot work and won't be able to even complete the core generation
process. Dead-end, switched back to 1.5

- Changed the maven-opts parameter to give it more memory (Xmx512m instead of
defult -Xmx256m), didn't work either.

- The reference on the internet to the error was to different reasons mostly
not related to what I have.

- It seems from the limited output I am getting that the class path string is
truncated, which I don't know if that is because of teh compiler behavior in
limiting the line length for output or it is really the problem that the
classpath string is too-long. But wait, why I see this when I have large sized
model and not when I have small sized model, it doesn't make sense, classpath
should not be different.

- Core jar file size for the large project is 5.7MB while average sized model
project is <1MB. Again, I am not sure of the relationship here, but notice that
all of the other jars aqre included in the SchemaExport classpath java command
except the core-1.0.jar file which is the large sized jar.

- NEXT THING I WILL BE TRYING: use a linux os and try the same thing and if
different OS will help. current OS is windows2K (Windows-NT).
