Wrong _again_!  The package I downloaded from:

http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/unstable/feed/armv5te/machine/akita/kernel-module-sharpsl-rc_2.6.21-r9_akita.ipk

still pulls in the kernel-2.6.20.6 & kernel-image-2.6.20.6 packages, still
installs to /lib/modules/2.6.20.6 & still gives the same insmod error.
