Hi, just to give a quick update:

the development for Zaurus is getting complicated by these historical choices:

1) no kernel in boot
2) base-files having old/wrong fstab with root and home on nand
3) defconfigs lacks ext3 and CF boot . Inconsistent features between
c7x0,akita,spitz (the reason was size, so spitz lost nand boot and
akita+c7x0 lost CF boot)
4) zaurus-2.6.inc forcing the pxa2xx and pcmcia modules (see above)
for some machines

All this kexecboot-project requires a massive amount of patches and
the newly built images will be *incompatible* with the actual
sharp-like layout.

How to proceed?
IMHO we should move to the new layout a.s.a.p. because Zaurus users
will not complain :)

regards

Andrea
