I see xmms recipe has

RRECOMMENDS_${PN} = "xmms-plugin-output-oss xmms-plugin-output-alsa \
                     xmms-mad xmms-tremor"

It should pull those RRECOMMENDS from the feed as seen available when 
you `ipkg install xmms`. Or did it not?
