Looking at his headers, it appears Richard is not posting via the web, but
using Apple Mail to send to the mailing list.

Richard, when you want to send a new topic to the list, you must NOT just pick
a message you received on another topic, click reply and change the subject.
Even when you change the subject, the mail program will add an "In-Reply-To"
header to link your message to the one in which you clicked reply.

Please save the list address into your address book, and when you want to
post a new topic, do a completely fresh "New Message" to the saved address.
