I've been writing unit tests for my Angular app and ran into a pattern I cannot figure out how to test. I have a controller on a directive with an isolated scope, and I cannot seem to access the controller. Here's a "working" broken example: http://codepen.io/anon/pen/Kpqgb. If I remove the isolated scope from the directive I can access the controller as expected through the scope variable. Can someone help me out with what I'm doing wrong?
