Sander, I was going to say something about the new router, and found this thread.
I am using Angular 1.4 and the new router. I have to say that the router's capability is very limited right now. As far as I know, it can't do any dynamic routing. I was trying to do child routes a couple days ago but couldn't get it to work easily -- from the examples I have seen, in order to set up child routes, I have to write the main routing logic differently...
