We have been building an Angular application for a year and have been quite happy with the performance. We are now exploring the idea of switching to 2.x/4.x at some point in the future. I am concerned with the popularity of React and was wondering to get some insight from experts who have used both. Lots of blogs talk about how the comparison is moot since Angular is a framework and React is a library. Other such comparisons are available as well. But the bottom line is that Angular hiring is stagnant and React has reached levels of Python hiring <http://www.ryan-williams.net/hacker-news-hiring-trends/2016/november.html?compare1=AngularJS&compare2=React&compare3=Python&compare4=>. The trend speaks for itself.
