Hi everyone,

We're using angular-scenario.js (yes, I know it's deprecated) with 1.6.5
and get the error 'browserTrigger is not defined'. Sure enough if you look
in the source...

https://code.angularjs.org/1.6.5/angular-scenario.js

...it references 'browserTrigger' but does not define it. In the 1.5.11
version...

https://code.angularjs.org/1.5.11/angular-scenario.js

...there is additional code that defines 'window.browserTrigger'.

Is this change intentional? Is there a different way to get
angular-scenario.js working now? I realize it's deprecated but we have a
lot of tests written in it and it works well enough for our purposes.

Regards,

Richard.
